Bungalow footprints are tight, lots are narrow, and the tree canopy on Hawthorne, Belvedere, and the Thomas Avenue side cuts hard into late-afternoon light. Street parking is the rule, not the exception, which means the equipment walk is part of the shoot plan. New-build infill on Clemson, Mantle, and Raney has the opposite problem: glass walls and twelve-foot ceilings that need bracketed exposures to hold both interior detail and what's outside the window.
