Listing media for Charlotte's center city. Condo and townhome photography in South End and Uptown, single-family in Dilworth, plus aerials that sell the walkability to the rail trail, the light rail, and the skyline.
Center-city listings live or die on two things: the unit shot and the location read. Inside, the unit is usually 700-1,800 sqft of glass-and-concrete with mixed natural light from one or two sides. Outside, what makes the listing valuable is what is within four blocks: the rail trail, Atherton Mill, the BLE light rail, the South End breweries, the Uptown skyline. The aerial is non-optional because nothing on the ground can show that proximity. Dilworth on the other hand is a 1900-1930s historic district: cottages, four-squares, and craftsmans on tree-lined streets that need the same bracketed-exposure treatment as Plaza Midwood, plus careful framing of the original architectural detail.
Standard (starts at $595, scales by sqft) is the right call across the board: FPV flythrough, photos, aerials, floor plan, and 3D tour. Penthouses and luxury Dilworth single-family add Elite cinematic. Sub-600 sqft units usually book the Photo package only (HDR photos plus a Cubicasa interactive floor plan, starts at $295).
Condo photo sets are tighter (20-35 images) but more demanding on lens choice. We shoot wide-angle (10mm on crop sensor, ~15mm full-frame equivalent) on small footprints to keep geometry honest without the distortion that makes units look fake.
Full real estate photography details →ANSI floor plans on condos avoid the inconsistency between developer marketing material and tax record. Buyers and lenders both reference the floor plan.
Full floor plans (ansi z765) details →The aerial is half the listing in South End and Uptown. The compressed telephoto context shot toward the skyline is what shows the value.
Full aerial photography details →FPV earns its keep above 1,200 sqft and shines on high-rise units. We can fly the drone in through the balcony, hundreds of feet up, before flying the unit, an entry shot photos cannot replicate. Multi-level townhomes benefit too: the continuous flight from entry to terrace shows the vertical layout in one take.
Full fpv drone tour details →Lifestyle cinematic edits with neighborhood B-roll (rail trail, Atherton, Romare Bearden Park) are how center-city listings stand out from the inventory.

Referral program →Yes. 28202 (Uptown) and 28203 (South End) are our highest-volume center-city ZIPs. Standard starts at $595 and bundles FPV flythrough, photos, aerials, floor plan, and 3D tour in one visit, 24-hour delivery.
For studios and 1-bedrooms under 600 sqft we usually recommend the Photo package only (HDR photos plus a Cubicasa interactive floor plan and 2D plan, starts at $295). High-rise units of any size are different: we can fly the FPV drone in through the balcony, hundreds of feet up, before flying the unit. That balcony entry shot is something photos cannot replicate, so high-rises usually justify Standard or the standalone Drone Tour.
Yes, with LAANC pre-authorization. Uptown is Class B airspace with active commercial flight overhead, so we file for the specific shoot window the day before. Same-day flights are not reliable in this area; we plan accordingly.
Yes. South End and Uptown buildings frequently book us for amenity refreshes and rental marketing. The deliverable is the same package, billed to the management company rather than the agent.
