Listing media for SouthPark, Quail Hollow, Cotswold, Foxcroft, and Providence. The deepest single shoot cluster on our roster: established neighborhoods, large lots, country-club proximity, and the Charlotte luxury middle market.
This is the heaviest cluster of work we do. SouthPark and Quail Hollow homes are typically on half-acre to one-acre lots with mature landscaping, often inside or adjacent to Charlotte Country Club, Quail Hollow Club, or Carmel Country Club. The shoot is about three things: clean exterior architecture, comprehensive aerials that show lot depth and country-club proximity, and interiors that flatter what is usually a 4,000-7,000 sqft floor plan with formal entertaining spaces. Cotswold and Foxcroft are slightly lower price band but the same playbook applies: large lots, mature trees, and aerials that read the neighborhood.

50-65 image sets are the right size: formal living, formal dining, primary suite detail, kitchen detail, and outdoor living all need their own frames.

Pools and outdoor-living areas get dedicated frames in the photo set, plus dedicated aerial passes. The aerial reveals the outdoor-living layout in a way ground photography cannot. Pool, gazebo, kitchen, hardscape all read from a 60-foot context shot.
Yes. Quail Hollow, Carmel CC, and Charlotte CC airspace is open Class G unless events are running. For tournament weeks (Wells Fargo at Quail Hollow) we adjust the schedule. LAANC pre-authorization is filed for the Charlotte Class B shelf where applicable.
