Union County listings live or die on the lot read. A 4-acre Marvin estate with horse paddocks does not photograph from the ground; it photographs from 200 feet up, with the aerial doing the storytelling about land, paddocks, outbuildings, and approach. Waxhaw village center is a different shoot, historic 1900s downtown, walkable, and the homes inside the old village shoot like Plaza Midwood: bungalows, additions, and tree-canopied lots that need the same bracketed exposure approach. Weddington and Marvin are the volume: 2-5 acre lots with custom builds where the aerial is the listing.
